Purchasing the Semester or Full School Year package is the easiest and most cost effective way to enroll your student(s) in Art classes with Artsy Chic Studio.
We will meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month, or second and fourth Wednesday, with an option for Morning classes on Tuesday and Morning or Afternoon classes on Wednesday. Morning classes will be 10AM to 11:30, Afternoon classes will meet 1PM to 2:30PM.
Classes are for ages 5-17!
New this year! A Juried Art Student Show will be held on Sunday April 22nd from 1-4pm at the studio. A reception and awards will be at 1pm. More details on how to enter will be available in December.
FALL CLASSES: Classes will cover clay and ceramic study, including projects such as coil pots, masks, hand building skills, and wheel throwing on the pottery wheel! Art History will also be covered for each lesson. Students will have the opportunity to work on drawing and painting skills when their ceramic piece for each lesson is finished.
Tuesdays: (9/5, 9/19, 10/3, 10/17, 11/7, 11/21, 12/5, 12/19)
Wednesdays: (8/30, 9/13, 9/27, 10/11, 10/25, 11/8, 11/22, 12/13)
*Student work will be on display the last day of class, and all projects will be sent home.
SPRING CLASSES: Classes will cover pastels, charcoal, clay hand building, watercolors, oil painting, and acrylic painting. Art History will also be incorporated into each lesson.
Tuesdays: (1/16, 2/6, 2/20, 3/6, 3/20, 4/3, 4/17, 5/1)
Wednesdays: (1/10, 1/24, 2/14, 2/28, 3/14, 3/28, 4/11, 4/25)
